This started with a simple frustration.
"I was jobless for months… I kept seeing travellers walk into venues, and apply for jobs - only to get rejected and told to come back another time".
At the same time, other venues were still short-staffed, busy, and not able to find workers.
Both sides were trying.
They just weren't connecting at the right time.
In hospitality, timing is everything.
Finding work while travelling can feel like guesswork.
So can finding staff in regional Australia.
We thought there had to be a better way.
So, we built Hospoto.
