How do I get started as a job seeker?
Download the Hospoto mobile app, create an account, and verify your email. You can start browsing opportunities and track 88 days. Set up your profile completely to begin applying for hospitality roles.
Can I apply for jobs through the app?
Absolutely! You can browse businesses on the map and apply to any that are currently hiring. Cafes can view all applicant resumes and will contact promising candidates directly via phone/email to arrange trial shifts. If shortlisted, cafes may request additional documents like RSA certificates, visa grants, proof of ID, etc.
Does Hospoto guarantee me a job?
No. Hospoto connects you with potential employers, but employment outcomes depend on your qualifications, employer needs, and other factors outside our control. We're a tool to help, not a guarantee.
How to get started as a business?
From the homepage → click the EXPLORE button and complete the registration form with your business details, contact information, and required documentation.
How do I verify my company/business credentials?
For account verification, we typically require a business registration certificate and proof of business address via Google. Account verification typically takes 1-3 business days after you submit all required documentation. All businesses are verified to ensure legitimacy of our platform. No spam. No fake accounts.
How do I tell travellers we are hiring?
Simply logon. Go to the homepage. Toggle your hiring status ON. Travellers will be able to send digital resumes.
Why is it important to keep my hiring status accurate?
WHMs have a tendency to travel and relocate often, specifically to rural or regional areas when searching for work. When your status is current, candidates can quickly decide whether to relocate for your opportunity. Inaccurate information causes problems: workers waste time traveling to filled positions, or you miss qualified candidates who think you're not hiring.

An up-to-date status ensures better visibility in searches and helps travelling workers plan their moves, ultimately helping you find the right people when you need them!
